Bodega Bonay is a temple of natural wine and quality products. Throughout these months, together with our sommelier David Amat, we have been looking for hidden treasures around the world and we have come across so many that we have decided to transform our restaurant into a winery. Giacomo Hassan, our chef, has not wasted his time either and in order to support our closest producers we have updated our entire menu based on the product that we could find in Eixample and the rest of Barcelona. Even if, for a cut of meat we had to travel to León! but not much further..
